The easy to use web interface allows the creation of customisable templates for Voice, SMS or Email messages. These are re-usable components for the regular types of messages specific to your organisation.

Voice
Voice templates can involve simple or complex "call flows", using recorded audio or text to speech to customise the message for each recipient. The platform allows full user interaction, enabling immediate feedback to your message:

• Send Email or SMS alerts

Results can be viewed via our online graphical reporting system or data can be downloaded for your own separate analysis.

SMS
SMS messages can be customised and sent using the same methods as Voice and Email.

Email
Our broadcast platform is used to send millions of emails per year, either single notification / confirmation messages or bulk broadcasting. The on-line template editor allows the creation of templates including:

• Ability to send attachments

Platform integration
Send messages automatically by integration with the platform via our Data Broadcast component, or directly with your existing system using our XML interface.
